Obsessed with my hair...

I have been COMPLETELY obsessed with my hair lately... not to mention I need my roots done, and I need a trim... I've been loving cute headbands, and wanting to grow my hair super duper long!! I have been trying to grow it out for about a year now. It's come a long way since my A-line I had cut back in Feb. of 2010 when I have first started hair school. I came across so many pictures that inspired me. I am even thinking of dying it a tad darker come September.. hm... we shall see :)

I am specifically in LOVE with this one ^^^

 

Happy 4th of July!

Corey is out of town this weekend so I'm flying solo to the family picnic tomorrow... My BFF is coming with me though, that should be a blast :) I had a long hard day at work. Being on your feet for 8 hours really does a number on you. I'm looking forward to having Sunday and Monday off. The weekend has already gone by too fast. I need a vacation. August can't come fast enough. I'm going to Las Vegas with Corey for 10 days. I CAN'T WAIT! I can lay by the pool, exercise, and relax as much as I want! I know I said exercise and that may not sound fun to most, but I enjoy working out so I'm looking forward to having access to a gym at the hotel. I work out at home on my own. Sounds sad that's what I'm excited about lol a personal gym! woo! haha! Anyway, we plan on taking a gondola ride together and go out and enjoy the night life as well. Wow, I can't wait!! Until then, I'll be working my BUTT off at the salon trying to make a name for myself, and studying for state boards! My classes at work start next week for the New Talent program. That should be fun :)

hump day :)

I have to mail in all my paper work for state boards. I plan to take it mid-August. I'm WAY nervous for that too.... ahhh! On top of it all, I'm moving too!! So much is happening in my life. Thank God, I'm blessed with an amazing support system who are there for me at any given moment that I feel I may break down :) I hope that doesn't happen!

I've been so obsessed with these iced oatmeal cookies I got while grocery shopping yesterday... they are so good!! I just had four... did that totally cancel out my work out I did earlier? I hope not.

So happy to have this evening, and tomorrow off. I am looking forward to the weekend but I think Corey is going out of town (I can't go because of work. boooo) so who knows what I will get into I'm just looking forward to the long weekend :)
